British Columbia, Canada

Ten day packages for Grizzly bear hunting in British Columbia, in the heart of the Omineca Mountains for two persons only. This past spring we spotted 9 different grizzlies in 24 hours on one slide.. Hunters must be able to climb where the grizzlies are feeding. During the fall hunting season you'll be hunting in the British Columbia alpine as the bears feed on marmots.

2005 Pricing

  • 1:1 hunt $8000 US + 7% tax + $1500 US for licenses. Included in Grizzly bear hunting in British Columbia is the opportunity to hunt two black bears and one wolf as well as the grizzly. Trophy fees are $2500 US for the grizzly, $750 US for each black bear and $750 for wolf.
  • Ground Transportation Cost: Prince George to camp (return) is $250 US per person
  • Royalty Fee: for successfully harvested grizzly payable to British Columbia government.

Fall Alaskan Grizzly

The population of game in this areas is high, but don’t expect to see multitudes of animals similar to the plains of Africa, or vast herds of caribou straight from the pages of National Geographic magazine or a moose behind every tree. If you find an outfitter who can guarantee such spectacular sights on a regular basis, book space for three and we will go and hunt with you. hunts for 71/2 to 9 ft bears. They have a variety of color phases from dark chocolate brown to straw yellow. These bears are classified as grizzly bear by Safari Club International and have a large variety of grizzly characteristics in coloration including silvertips.
