           Hunting Packages Includes:

  • Hunter pick up in Anchorage, Alaska
  • The Innoko National Wildlife Refuge area has had very little hunting for over a decade, which as resulted in a prime population of Trophy Moose having 58 to 74-inch spreads.
  • Choose to hunt by boat from the comfortable base camp, or from one of the remote boat equipped spike camps, where you can hear the rut-crazed bulls thrashing in the brush near your tent.
  • There are fewer thrills in Alaska big game hunting than to watch a bull moose charge into an area, ready to battle with eyes bulging out and back hair standing on end. The guides being experienced callers can call the moose to within 15 yards, which is especially attractive to archery hunters who have experienced near 100% success.
  • You will also float rivers, intercepting the moose as they travel between rutting areas. Hunting the river bottomland, most trophies are taken within ¼ mile from the river’s edge. Expect to spend several days in the spike camp before returning to base camp with your trophy.
  • An outstanding array of hearty meals will be prepared for you that include chicken, steak, fresh rolls, salads and desserts.
  • Don’t forget to bring your fishing rod, as Pike fishing is excellent.
  • Additional species that can be taken on the hunt: Grizzly, Black Bear, & Caribou
  • At the Alpine spike camps where hunting for Caribou and Grizzly are in the mountains adjacent to the trophy Moose area. Black Bear are numerous and can be taken in either location. The wide-open alpine country allows you time to select a trophy Caribou bull.
  • The guides and packers expertly quarter your meat and prepare your capes for the taxidermist of your choice.

Rocky Mountain Foothills Deluxe Lodge
-Remote Canadian Moose Hunting-

This deluxe Lodge and surrounding cabins is located in a Provincial Park and was established prior to the formation of the Park so we're still able to hunt within the boundaries Accessible only by boat, this Lodge has most of the amenities of home. This package includes the opportunity to hunt 7 different lakes, three of which are interconnected. In 2003 we started offering a great new package! A fly-out to two remote lakes, accessible only by air and which have never been hunted before. We can get you into the "hot spots" relatively quickly and easily, so the hunt can be undertaken by any age group regardless of physical conditioning. Our latest addition is a new cabin for the guys who want to bring their wife - it has a lounge area, separate bedroom and bathroom. These lakes are all teeming with Rainbow Trout, some of which reach 8 pounds. The beauty of this hunt is that we can get to most of our lakes with our "tracked vehicle" so we can haul your moose out in one piece. The guides process the animal near the Lodge so the meat is as clean as if it came from a butcher's shop. Plus, there's no backbreaking effort required! Guests leave Prince George at noon on Friday and are back in Prince George the following Friday by noon.

2005 Prices

  • Deluxe Cabin Camp: Friday to Friday, 2:1 package is $4495 U.S + 7% tax + $450 for licenses.
  • Special Upgrade: Include Black Bear and Wolf for $750 U.S. + tag fees.

Omineca Mountain Camps

This is an extremely rugged and remote area in the heart of the Omineca Mountains. Because of our close proximity to the Alaska/Yukon species, the bulls in this area are very big - we've taken bulls in excess of 60 inches in the past, we've been managing this area as a "trophy area" for almost tens year so consequently, the bulls harvested from here must be a minimum of 50 inches.

Hunt one of these monsters in this area at a fraction of the cost of a trip further north! Our fly-in camps produced some really big bulls this past season. You'll be able to hunt in areas that have virtually never been hunted before. One of the fly-in camps is strictly a backpack hunt through and old burn, which is perfect moose and bear habitat.

For those of you who don't want to have to hike everyday, we have a fly-in camp where you can camp on a lakeshore and hunt the monsters by boat or canoe. This particular camp produced 3 huge bulls in 6 days this past season. We also have two cabin camps, as well as numerous lakeshore wall tent camps. The cabins were all constructed of native spruce and pine logs. The wall tents are all warm and dry and have wood heaters in each.

Included with these packages is the opportunity to catch Lake Trout to 40 pounds, Char in excess of 20 pounds, plus Rainbow Trout, Mountain Whitefish and Arctic Grayling. You have your choice to hunt by boat, 4x4 or backpack. Guests leave Prince George early on Friday at the start of their hunt and are back in Prince George by 2:00 P.M. the following Friday

2005 Prices
