Adventure # 102

British Columbia, Canada

We have several options for Mountain Goat hunting. For those of you wanting deluxe accommodations, you can stay at our Lodge and make day trips from there. If you set up your spotting scope on our front deck you can normally see goats approximately 2500 feet vertically above the Lodge.

Another option we have is to transport you to a lake at the base of Kaza Peak. You can normally see the goats with your naked eye from our tent camp. This hunt takes a full day of hiking to be successful. If you're lucky, you may be able to do the stalk and make it down the mountain the same day.. Be prepared to spend a night in a spike camp if there are any unexpected delays. We have several fly-in options to remote mountain lakes available as well. If you're in good shape and would like a nice billy, give us a call! This is the place for great mountain goat hunting!

Adventure #102B

British Columbia, Canada Mountain Goat

These beautiful monarchs of the mountains are best hunted in November, when their full capes make them a really striking trophy. Due to excellent genetics in our Mountain Goat herds, it is not uncommon to see Nannies with 11" & greater sized horns. Therefore, depending on your physical condition, we do not take any Billy's under 9 inches and strongly discourage shooting any Nannies.

We harvest only trophy class longhaired Billy's since our permits are limited and always booked well in advance.

This hunt has always been 100% successful
